If you look on the left side of the blog you will see a Feedback tab, This is your instant link to our GetSatisfaction account. You can send us your idea’s, questions, tell us about any problems you may have and even give us some praise if you are pleased with the job we did or the product you purchased from us. There is a link on our Contact Us page to there site, where you can get more information. I did want to make use of their widget on here however, as I believe it will be an easier way to post your information since it is a one click process. If you would like to view the whole page please feel free to go to our full page you can do that by clicking the Get help! image to the left. Please give us 48 – 72 hours to respond to any inquires, we take your input very seriously and would love to hear anything that you have to say. We hope this is a useful tool in getting any of your issues resolves and will allow us a new line of communication between us in the business and you the customer.

I just wanted to make a quick post to let everyone know that I started a Contact Us page. This is where I will put out phone, Fax, Email and every other possible way you can use to contact us. Also notice the feedback section, We opened an account with the online customer support site GetSatisfaction. I hope that this will be another way we can resolve any issues you may have. I just put up a few basic parts as of now, I will add a form where you can just fill out your information and the problem or suggestion and send it to us straight from the page. Be watching the posts, or subscribe to the RSS feed, because I will make new posts every time I add more content or build on existing content.

I want to point out one site in particular first. If you are a camping enthusiast and/or enjoy sports of any kind you can now find us on FindSportsNow.com. This site is great to find the sports you enjoy wherever you may be. It is a well-designed site and the webmaster is a very good man who has been corresponding with me for a few weeks now. We also know the power of the new mediums so we now have a Blog that I just post quick random news at as well as find us @Twitter. If you are looking for us on Yahoo!, Google, Superpages.com, Yellowbook.com, Yellowpages.com or the Better Business Bureau we are listed at all of them as well. I am also testing out many new web setup systems, mainly CMS systems like what we are using now. The internet is always a growing and updating community and we know in order to keep up with the technology we have to grow and be flexible.
